Tonight 2

I will be drinking glowing drinks and stumbling around a place I do not want to be.

Holding

We are sorry to keep you holding.  We are aware of your call and will be with you as soon as possible.  You are currently number "1" in the que.

Cardigan

I had this old cardigan that I used to wear.  It was soft and warm and I felt great in it.  I wore it a lot.  I stopped wearing it because I thought that it didn't fit and I got a new one, one that I thought was better.  That new one turned out to be far too big and was itchy.  I lost the new one.  I did like it but it really didn't fit (even though I still try and convince myself that it does).  A year later I looked at the old one and tried it on.  It fitted great.  In hindsight, the old cardigan always did fit.  I just needed to experience the bigger, more uncomfortable, itchy cardigan to realise this (my growth may also be a factor).  Now, I have neither the old one or the new one and my shoulders are cold because I only have T-shirts.

Trolly Etiquette

A and B are the operators of the trolly.  B walks at the front of the trolly with one hand holding the trolly gently while maneuvering it around corners.  A walks holding the handlebars using force to push the trolly and to stop it when appropriate (accelerate and decelerate).  Without A, B is just maneuvering the trolly, stationary.  B cannot really operate the trolly without A.  A can operate the trolly without B (it is just a bit more difficult).

School

I would like to put up my hand and say exactly what I thought,
But teacher is always in the staff room.
